Terms of Service

Section 1 - Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to the business relationship between DryLabs GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") in the version valid at the time of the order.

Section 2 - Contract Formation

The contract is concluded through the Customer's order (offer) and acceptance by the Provider. Acceptance is effected by the provision of the service (e.g., activation of the IQ report).

Section 3 - Services

The Provider operates an online platform for conducting IQ tests and generating evaluations. The scope of services is defined in the service description on the website.

Section 4 - Prices and Payment

All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax. Payment is made via the offered payment methods (e.g., credit card via Stripe).

Section 5 - Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the Provider's cancellation policy.

Please note: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your acknowledgment that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

Section 6 - Liability

Claims for damages by the Customer are excluded. Excepted from this are claims for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
